How it works
Your account is the key
The desktop app loads live Caldwell AI at www.caldwell-ai.com inside a native window. It is not a separate product — it is the website as software. That is why credits, Library folders, Studio projects, and billing match the browser.
- Must sign in — without a Caldwell account the program cannot be used
- Windows — double-click Caldwell AI Setup for Windows.exe. It installs the app and adds a desktop shortcut. No extra software needed.
- Mac — double-click Caldwell AI Setup for Mac.pkg. macOS Installer puts Caldwell AI in Applications. First launch: right-click → Open if macOS asks.
